Zameen Girvi (Rehan) Rakhna Islam me Kaisa hai? Sab se pahle hum is baat ko janna jaruri samjhenge ki akhir ye Girvi ya Rehan kya chiz hai. Rehan ya Girvi ka matlab hota hai "saboot".Qarz ke badle koi chiz rakhwa dene ko mazbuti ke liye ke agar qarz wapas nahi hua to qarz dene wala us chiz se apna diya hua qarz wasul kar le.Aj hum is baat pe charcha karenge ke zameen girvi (rehan) rakhna islam me kaisa hai?kya Islam is baat ki ijazat deta hai ke zameen girvi li ya di jaye?

Rehan ka matlab girvi bhi hota hai,rok rakhna,hamesha rakhna ke matlab me bhi aata hai. Islam dharm ki kitaab padhne se pata chalta hai ke Nabi Hazrat Mohammed ne apna "Jerrah" (Ek trah ka jungi samaan) girvi ya rehan rakha tha. Islam me girvi ye rehan rakhne ki baat to hadees se bhi sabit hoti hai phir zameen girvi ya rehan rakhne ke bare me Islam kyu ijazat nahi deta hai?

Islam me girvi ya rehan rakhne ki rewayet Nabi Hazrat Mohammed se sabit hota hai-Bukhari shareef Hadees no. 2511- Hazrat Mohammed ne farmaya girvi (rehan) rakhe janwar par uska kharch nikalne ke liye sawari ki jaye,doodh (Milk) dene wala janwar agar girvi (rehan) ho to uska doodh (Milk) piya jaye.

Agar swari karne wala janwar ya doodh dene wala janwar girvi (rehan) rakha ho to uski sawari bhi kar sakte hain aur doodh bhi pee sakte hain to phir zameen girvi (rehan) rakhna islam kyu haraam qrar deta hai? ye sawal ap ke jehan me paida ho rha hoga.

Ek baat saaf kar dena chahta hun ke upar ki hadees ka matlab kya hai, saaf likha hai ke sawari ke janwar ke khilane ka kharch nikalne ke liye uski sawari kar sakte hai,matlab ye hua ke us janwar ko jitna khilaya hai jitna kharch kiya hai uska kharch uski sawari me istemaal kar ke pura kar sakte hain,usko apne fayede ke liye kharch se jyada usse kaam nahi le sakte matlab ke usse koi munafa nahi kma sakte hain.

Doodh (Milk) dene wale janwar ka bhi yhi haal hai.Jab koi bakri,bhains, gaaye girvi ya rehan rakhe to girvi lene wala us ke daane chare ke kharch ke brabar doodh piye, doodh agar us ke daane chare ke kharch ke brabar se bach jaye to uska lena haraam hai. Yhan bhi matlab saaf hai ke usse koi fayeda nahi utha sakte.kharch ke brabar hi uski sawari kar sakte hain ya doodh le sakte hain.

Ek Hadees "Ahmed" ki hai jiska mafhoom hai-"Nabi Hazrat Mohammed farmate hain kisi bhi aadmi ki daulat uski marzi ke bina halaal nahi hai" matlab ye ke girvi ya rehan rakhne wale aadmi ke ijazat ke bina rakhi huyi chiz se fayeda uthana haraam hai. is hadees ke farman ke maddenazar zameen girvi (rehan) rakhi huyi halaal nahi ho sakti hai kyu ke Nabi Hazrat Mohammed farmate hain ke "har musalman ka dusre musalman par uska khoon,uski daulat aur uski izzat aabru haraam hai".

Aj kal Muslims me ek chiz bahut aam ho chuki hai ke gunaah,haraam ko andekha kiya jane lga hai. Apni jrurat ko pura karne ke liye ye tameez karna bhi bhul jate hain ke jo kaam main kar rha hun woh haraam hai ya halaal. koi jrurat pesh aayi fauran log apni zameen girvi rakhne ki tyari me lag jate hain,aur bahut asaani se koi girvi le bhi leta hai, ye baat bilkul nazar-andaaz kar diya jata hai ke Islam me halaal hai ya nahi.

Agar girvi (rehan) rakhne wala is baat ki ijazat de bhi deta hai ke meri zameen se fayeda utha sakte ho tab bhi ye jayez nahi hai kyu ke ye aisa qarz hai jo fayeda ko janam deta hai aur ye sood hai matlab ke haraam hai.

Imam Baihqi apni kitab me likhte hain ke "har wo qarz jo fayeda ko janam deta ho woh sood ka ek shakl hai, Bahut saare deeni ulma se bhi yahi baat sabit hoti hai, Matlab ye hua ke zameen girvi (rehan) rakhna kisi bhi trah jayez nahi hai.Lekin ye musalmano me aj kal bahut tezi se ye gunaah phail raha hai jisko log haraam tak manne ko tyar nahi hain.

Ek surat jra si nikal ke aati hai agar girvi rakhne wala qarz dene wale se woh zameen sell (bech) dena chahta hai to qarz dene wala us zameen se fayeda utha sakta hai lekin aisa nahi hota hai. Zameen girvi rakhne wala qarz ki surat me paisa leta hai aur uski pahle se hi niyet hoti hai ke ek ya do saal me zameen waps le lunga.ye ek soncha samjha hua gunaah kiya jata hai sirf fayeda ke liye.

Dusre ulma bhi saaf lafzon me likhte hain ke girvi rakhi huyi chiz girvi rakhne wale ki amanat hai matlab ke asal me to ye chiz girvi rakhne wale ki daulat hai isliye iska fayeda bhi usi ko pahuchna chahiye jis ki chiz hai. Imam Ahmed likhte hain ke "main ghar ka qarz napsand karta hun"wo sood aur byaz hai. Agar ghar kisi qarz me girvi rakha ho jisse qarz dene wala fayeda uthata ho.

Kuch ulma ye bhi likhte hain ke "zameen girvi (qarz de kr) lena apni maa se jena karne se bhi bada gunaah hai" Zameen Girvi se fayeda uthana qarz ki adaayegi muddat me deri karne ke badle me na ho,agar girvi se fayeda uthana iske badle me hai to qarz dene wale ko girvi se fayeda uthana kisi trah bhi jayez nahi hai.

Bahut saari Islam ki dharmik kitabe padhne ke baad ye pata chalta hai ke agar zameen girvi se fayeda uthana uske malik ke ijazat ke bina hai ya uske malik ne ijazat de di ho,un dono ke bich jo udhaar hai woh qarz ki shakl me hai ya qarz ki adaayegi ki muddat me deri ke badle hai to us zameen ki fasal (Upajj) se kuch bhi lena ya usse kuch bhi fayeda uthana jayez nahi hai.

Agar qarz dene wala jis ke hath me girvi (Reha) hai us zameen ki jotayi ya kheti ki hai to us zameen ki upajj ya fasal se apni jotayi ya kheti ka kharch pura kar ke le lega aur usme jo kuch baqi bachega us zameen ke malik ko lauta de ya uske qarz me se kaat de.Lekin aisa koi kar hi nahi sakta hai aur karta bhi nahi hai.

Zameen girvi rakhna aj kal aam ho gya hai, ye kaam musalmano me bahut jyada hai, main khud kuch aise logon ko janta hun jo tablighi jamaat me chilla pe chilla lgate hain lekin apne hathon me thode se qarz ke bina pe zameen girvi liye hai. kya ye log nahi jante ke zameen girvi lena kitna bada gunaah hai,

Ek saheb bta rahe the ke mere paas ek aadmi aya bola ke mujhe zameen girvi rakhna hai, dusre ne puchha kyu bhai kya musibat aan padi hai,girvi rakhne wala bola bhai ghar banwana hai..ye dono musalman the jinki ye baat ho rahi thi. sunne wala aadmi bola bhai mere jamaat me to ye haraam hai,kya tumhare jamaat me haram nahi hai?tum pahle pata kro ke tumhare jamaat me zameen girvi rakhna kaisa hai? Zameen girvi rakhne wala bola areee bhai haraam halaal baad me dekhenge pahle mujhe ghar banwana hai isliye zameen girvi lene wale ko talash karo. ye haal hai aj kal ke musalmano ka...sonchen aur amal karen...apne dharm ke anusaar apni zindagi gujaren.
